However, to ensure a commitment to attendance and to manage resources effectively, we have implemented a no-show policy. By registering, you agree to a no-show fee of 100 euros. This fee is applicable only if you register and then fail to attend the event without providing prior notice of cancellation. The deadline to cancel your registration without incurring the no-show fee is June 3rd.
